2. Italian Cooking

3. Italian Language

Course Duration - 2 Months

Overview

The short Italian language course proposed by IAN can be delivered in 2 modalities, online or in the classroom.Provides elements of basic grammar, main reading and writing.

At the end of the course, the learner will be able to have communication approaches in Italy about major needs such as getting around the city, asking for information, prices, consulting offices or services and reading the most important road signs. Very interesting for travellers or students who are at the beginning.

4. Wine Advisor

Course Duration - 15 Days

Overview

The IAN Academy has the primary purpose of qualifying the figure and profession of Sommelier, as well as enhancing the culture of wine.

IAN Class proposes an educational path structured in three levels, to offer the student a technical and cultural background that allows him to acquire the title of Sommelier and, if in possession of the requisites required, of Professional Sommelier.

Attendance to lessons is compulsory, a maximum of two absences are allowed for each level. Learners enter the fascinating world of oenology, following the transformation of grapes into wine, step by step, from the vineyard, to the cellar, to the bottle. That follows the class of sparkling wines on special wines, beers and spirits. During the lessons the candidates learn the fundamental Tasting Technique, Finally, some simple rules are indicated that are useful for impeccably serving a wine, organizing a cellar, offering wine in the right glass and at the correct temperature.

5. Pizza Making

6. Italian Pastry Making

Overview

There are some desserts that you can eat only in Italy or precisely only in Naples. Our short course – tour of traditional Neapolitan pastry begins and ends with the discovery of tradition.

In this short path built to give a knowledge of the bases from which to make many desserts, the 3 main themes of Neapolitan pastry will be addressed: bases, creams and sheets useful for the preparation of many Campania specialties.
