The technician expert in the management of social or social-health structure / service directs and coordinates the operation of a residential / semi-residential structure or a territorial service, in order to guarantee the good performance of all activities and the complete implementation of personalized assistance plans; is the referent of the structure / service towards the Public Services and the territorial community; takes care of the relationship with users / customers, ensuring the management of complaints and the detection of satisfaction; supervises the management of instrumental resources and their maintenance; is responsible for the management of human resources, in its various aspects (selection, coordination, control and improvement); plans and organizes the various activities, in implementation of the quality policy of its organization and regulatory requirements; monitors and verifies operational effectiveness and organizational efficiency, compliance with operational requirements and the achievement of quality standards; reports to its organization the operational results achieved and collaborates in the implementation of improvement measures.

• Level EQF 5
• Open for class XI (or with Foundation Italian Language Program)
• Minimum Age 20
• Duration 1 year (6 moths training + 6 months internship on the job)
