COURSE OVERVIEW

Course Duration - 1 Years

The pizza maker works in the catering sector, taking care of the entire pizza preparation process from the initial phase of preparation of the dough and formation of the dough to the packaging of the leavened dough disc and its garnish, up to cooking. The pizza maker also takes care of maintaining the optimal conditions of hygiene and cleanliness of his work area, food storage and -on request- the procurement of raw materials and semi-finished food necessary.
