The Travel Agency Operator carries out the activities of advice and assistance to the customer in the process of choosing a tourist product by providing information and collecting requests and complaints. It also deals with the booking and sale of tourist services or all-inclusive packages, often also collecting the amount due. It also deals with contracts and the preparation of all the documentation that accompanies the sales phase of the service. It uses, during its work, special electronic machinery in addition to normal PCs and printers. It operates in the area of sales. He works as an employee in travel agencies of any size. In carrying out his work he liaises with the other operators of the agency, with the owner of the same and, if necessary, with the Technical Director of AdV, assuming responsibility for his duties. He carries out his work mainly in contact with the public.

• Duration 1 year (6 moths training + 6 months internship on the job)
